Norman Funeral Services (NFS) was established in 1966 by the late Norman Michael Dragon.


Norman Funeral Service is Malaysia's premier bereavement care specialist providing a complete range of services that cater to all major races and religions, but with a strong focus on Catholic and Christian bereavement care needs.

OUR TEAM

In accordance to the late Norman’s explicit wishes, NFS is now run by his dearest and closest friends, Mr. James Leonard and Mr. 'Pope' Francis J. Mascrinhos. Norman’s legacy for ‘caring for the dignity of the deceased and the peace of mind of those they leave behind’ continues today through the able expertise of both men who have embraced his vision and hope to bring a heightened, much-needed level of respectability and decency to this business. This dynamic partnership together with their team of skilled people can be credited for raising the bar when it comes to the local bereavement care business, evident in the smartly executive-attired funeral assistants, their ever-ready attentiveness to serve and professional outlook all underlined by a level of sincerity and silent, unspoken compassion and caring for the deceased and those in mourning.
